Mango Lassi Gimme Some Oven

A refreshing and creamy Indian-inspired drink perfect for hot days or as a delightful dessert alternative.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • Crushed ice

Instructions:

In a blender, combine diced mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and ground cardamom


Blend until smooth and creamy


Add crushed ice and blend again until desired consistency is reached


Pour into glasses and serve chilled

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

Easy Taco Sliders

These Easy Taco Sliders are a tasty take on regular tacos. They're great for parties, game day, or a quick dinner with the family. There is seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and all of your favorite taco toppings on each slider!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 12 slider buns

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Sour cream and salsa for topping

Instructions:

The ground beef should be cooked in a skillet over medium-low heat until it turns brown and is fully cooked


Break it up as it cooks


Add the taco seasoning and season the beef according to the directions on the package


Take it off the heat


Warm up the broiler in your oven


Put the slider buns on a baking sheet and cut them in half


Season the ground beef and put a spoonful of it on the bottom half of each bun


Place small pieces of cheddar cheese on top of the beef


For one to two minutes, or until the cheese melts and the buns get a little toasted, put the baking sheet under the broiler


After taking the sliders out of the oven, add diced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and chopped fresh cilantro to each one


Top each slider with a small amount of sour cream and tomato salsa


To finish the sliders, put the top half of the buns on top of them


Serve right away and enjoy!

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions:

Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to get it hot


Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl


Add the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk


Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed


Break up the bacon and mix it into the batter


Use a little cooking spray to grease the waffle iron


Pour the batter onto a waffle iron that has already been heated up


Cook according to the waffle iron's instructions, which are usually between 3 and 5 minutes, until the waffle is golden brown and crisp


Remove the bacon waffles from the iron with care, and serve them hot

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken, cut into pieces

  • 2 onions, finely chopped

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped

  • 3-4 green chilies, slit

Salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder should all be added


Combine well


Put in the chicken pieces and cook them until they turn white


Add the chicken stock and bring it to a boil


Turn down the heat, cover, and let it cook on low for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked


Add the garam masala powder and mix it in well


Add chopped coriander leaves as a garnish before serving


Warm up and serve
